All clients will be required to have a card on file to book. We ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule, that you do so within a 12-24 hour period; not doing so could result in a 80% cancellation fee. Not showing up to a scheduled appointment without notifying the salon via email or any kind of contact message WILL result in a 85% charge of the service that was booked and will be charged to the card on file on the same day the no show occurred. Clients that arrive 10 or more minutes late to a scheduled appointment will be asked to reschedule. All deposits will go to services booked and are non refundable.
